Pollution Ka Solution

Apni Kheti Foundation is organizing a new series of events in all the 22 districts of the Punjab State to spread the awareness regarding Environment Pollution and its effects. These events are conducted throughout the year 2020. Dr. Balwinder Singh Lakhewali, a renowned environmentalist, is the Keynote Speaker in all these events, along with other Domain experts on this Subject.

“Pollution Ka Solution” is the campaign name for these events/programs. These events are organized to make the youth and people aware about Environment Conservation and ill effects of pollution on nature and our health. Specifically, the areas that these events focus on are:

  • Environment Conservation
  • Environment Pollution and its effects
  • Importance of trees and nature

Online Training Course

Apni Kheti Foundation in association with Dr.Balwinder Singh Lakhewali (Environmentalist) is organizing an 8-day online training course on “Landscaping and Home Gardening”. This online course highlights the following topics:

  • Basic concepts regarding landscaping
  • Selection and maintenance of indoor plants and pots
  • Rooftop gardening
  • Kitchen window herbs
  • Seasonal fruits at home
  • Native and heritage trees around us
  • Food Forest
