Gurmeet Singh

Gurmeet Singh is a resident of village Jodha, Muktsar district, Punjab and his wife's name is Amandeep Kaur. They have two children, Jasveer Singh and Gurnoor Singh. Gurmeet Singh belongs to a very big family. His father use to own one and a half acres of land but during the division of land, he got only four kanals on which he tried his farming skills to earn livelihood for his family but unfortunately the land is highly moist therefore no crop grows well.

Some time ago, he planted vegetables in 2 Kanals from where he hoped to get some returns, but due to rains the crop was ruined and his hopes were dug up in the soil. Presently, he is totally broken with no hopes left. He is really struggling hard to keep this family financially and physically safe but their son’s special medical need is one of their major concerns as one of his boys is deaf and need special care.

The little earning and debts are the only ways to feed the family. Gurmeet and his wife are putting all their hard work to fulfil their children primary needs and provide them education.
