Adopt a needy Farmer and help to feed his family!

About the farmer

Gurlabh Singh

Gurlabh Singh is a resident of Lulbai village, Bathinda district. He works as a daily wage labourer on a tractor workshop in Mandi from where he barely earns enough to support his family. His wife has passed away and he has responsibility to look after three daughters who are studying in school. Paying off education expenses, medical expenses and to meet other needs is a difficult task.

Gurlabh Singh has a brother, Jeet Singh, who stays at home and manages the farm. In all, there are 9 members in the family and only two earners. Together they are somehow engaged in meeting the basic needs of the family. Gurlabh Singh takes care of the house along with children and his parents. The responsibility of such a large family and having a handful of edible grains due to the small amount of land is their biggest challenge.

The cost of educating daughters, treating sick mother and elderly father at home is almost impossible out of such a low income. But somehow they are managing to do so and are in need of some help to do farming and earn more to fulfil all the basic needs. Your support will definitely help them to cope up with primary needs and to survive better.
